What areas/locations can we go to?
RidesnSlides covers Bundaberg and most areas of the Wide Bay/Burnett and we attend Birthday Parties, Corporate Functions, School Events, Sporting Events or Break-ups and Festivals. Call us to discuss the location and requirements of your event.
Are you able to set up in public parks?
Yes we are able to setup in public parks, please be aware that council permission is required. For this please get in touch with your local council. According to government regulations you will also be required to have a RidesnSlides Ranger on site and depending on the equipment hired and access to power you may also need a generator on site which we can supply for powering the amusement at an additional cost.
Is there any restrictions with what Surface we can set up on?
We are able to set up our equipment on grass (preferred), concrete, bitumen or dirt. Please make sure you let us know the type of surface when making your booking. If you are not sure whether the surface is suitable, please get in touch with us for more information.
Is Amusement Equipment required to be inspected and certified?
The Majority of Amusement Equipment is required to be inspected by a qualified engineer and signed off to operate. All of our amusement rides and equipment have there own logbook with all these documentation inside, if required. We have this available for you upon request for any event. Do we tie down and anchor our inflatable equipment?
Yes we do and this is one of the reasons why it is absolutely vital that you use an experience, qualified and certified provider. There have been many injuries and even deaths due to rogue, unqualified operators.
We ensure that all of our equipment is ALWAYS correctly tied down: if setup on grass we use pegs to hold our equipment down, no more than 300mm long. Concrete blocks are used for anchoring on harder surfaces. If you have any sprinkler or irrigation systems in place then please let us know about this upon arrival.

What types of payment can we accept?
We can accept all types of different payment methods, including;
– Cash on Delivery Pre Setup (Backyard Birthday Parties ONLY – deposit may be required)
– Direct Debit Payment (made prior to hire & advise when payment made)
– Cheque (corporate only-no personal cheques)
What Insurance do we have in place?
